12 pm noon each day – Talking Circle, facilitated by Sanctuary volunteers with space-holding experience, in the Chillaz space
Come along, to try? You can sit, join in, and be witness to what others share. You do not have to share yourself if you are not feeling it. Being available to hear others is a powerful gift in itself. The space will begin with core Sanctuary volunteers and will evolve differently daily, with what is brought to the circle. Come to one, some or all!
1 pm each day – Yoga for Connection, facilitated by experienced Yogi Sanctuary volunteers, in the Chillaz space. A calm and gentle space for us all to connect differently
