The Clan is the beating heart of AfrikaBurn. A temporary monument to collective imagination, built to gather, provoke, transform, and ultimately burn.

We’re looking for a proposal with guts. Something bold, relevant, and impossible to ignore. Bring us an idea that belongs in the dust and earns its place in the fire.

This isn’t a small build. The Clan demands vision, solid planning, and a crew that knows how to turn ambition into reality. A strong history of leading or building ambitious AfrikaBurn projects will count in your favour.

Projects with a social development or community incubation element may be eligible for additional funding, but every complete proposal gets a fair look.
