Needed: Our crew are from all over the world with certain things in common – we LOVE making other burners happy first ! No morning moodiness here lol. We get along with everyone, ie no hang ups and are incredibly emotionally mature to handle a week in the dust, partying and growing and still have endless capacity to create magic with a crew community and for the whole playa. We get our hands dirty, we ask what more can we do to help. We are at the burn to share and create together rather than simply receive. We are not all extroverts but we are all fun loving in our unique ways. We become family for many years after the event. We also love talented crew, so if you can juggle, perform, sing, do handstand pushups while being tickled and you have the biggest heart then reach out and let’s see if we have space for more pancake family for 2026.
