AfrikaBurn 2023: 24 to 30 April

Afterglow in Jozi

Afterglow – A post Afrikaburn celebration. Calling all you desert dwellers,  conformity benders, thrill seekers, art mongers, music makers and burners at large. Dust off those dancing shoes (which may still be mud encrusted) and come and share in the afterglow of Afrikaburn. Prepare for a night of wicked tunes, celebration, wild abandon, creativity, participation, radical self expression and whole lot of love.
Afterglow in Jozi
Whip out your craziest, most creative costumes (more is more) and dazzle us with your brilliance.
Two dance floors bring you the very best in sexy electro swing, afrobeat, balkan, tech house, filthy disco, breaks and more.
The Expression Sessions – An open mic platform for you to express yourself.
Poetry, MCs, unplugged muzos, magicians etc all welcome. This starts at 8pm, before the dancefloors open. Contact Marie at [email protected] to participate.
PERFORMERS! Belly dancers, fire spinners, contortionists etc. We need you to share your eye candy on the main stage. Contact Verity at [email protected] if you would like to participate.
The magic of the burn lies in the gift we all bring into the mix. You are invited to share your skills, talents, art, time, lighting, décor, equipment and creativity. Get involved!!! This is your event! Contact Shelley Cooper [email protected] to volunteer.

Aren't Pop-up Messages Annoying?

Not as annoying as Viagogo and the other ticket tout companies that want to steal your hard-earned money.

If you're looking to buy AfrikaBurn tickets, please do not purchase from any website other than our Quicket Page.
